NEXUS 3300(M) - BRINELL HARDNESS TESTER

Built for strength, durability, and demanding industrial environments.

The NEXUS 3300, along with its taller and larger counterpart, the NEXUS 3400-is a heavy‑duty hardness testing system designed for Brinell testing of metals, particularly castings, following the testing principle introduced in 1900 by Johan August Brinell.

Both models feature a robust machine frame weighing over 300 kg, offering a working height of 390 mm (3300) or 530 mm (3400). Depending on the model, the spindle can be operated manually (3300 / 3400) or motor‑driven (3300M / 3400M), allowing precise height adjustment of the specimen. Once positioned, the complete indentation cycle is executed automatically.

The unique BIOS optical camera systems (BIOS 1 or BIOS 2) can be aligned with the indentation to generate a fully automated image. The system then performs automatic measurement and displays the Brinell hardness value directly on the large industrial touchscreen interface.
