The NEXUS 3400G2 FA stands at the top of the Brinell hardness testing range, featuring a fully automatic indentation and video‑measurement system. Both the NEXUS 3300G2 FA and 3400G2 FA are equipped with a motorized 6‑position turret, offering three indenter positions, a laser positioning system, and two LWD objectives with integrated ring lighting. The advanced 18‑megapixel imaging system delivers exceptionally fast, sharp, and high‑resolution indent images.

With a single press of the START button, the entire test cycle runs automatically – from indentation to measurement— and the final Brinell hardness result is displayed instantly. The system is powered by the IMPRESSIONS™ advanced hardness testing software, featuring an indent ZOOM function, scale conversions, data storage, report generation, test program management, and more. For extended automation, optional motorized CNC XY-stages can be added.

Built for heavy‑duty performance, both models feature a robust machine frame weighing over 300 kg, providing a working height of 365 mm (3300) or 485 mm (3400).
