TMA 512 Hyperion® Supreme
TMA 512 Hyperion® Supreme: Unveiling Profound Material Insights Through Minute Dimensional Analysis
Unparalleled Precision with Advanced LVDT Technology
At its core, the TMA 512 Hyperion® features a highly sensitive LVDT sensor capable of measuring length variations down to the nanometer scale, with an impressive digital resolution of 0.125 nm. This ensures exceptionally precise detection of dimensional shifts, yielding superior results for all your thermal analysis requirements.
Intuitive Monitoring with Innovative Display and LED Status Bar
The device’s LED status bar offers clear, at-a-glance information about the current measurement, visible even from a distance. A user-friendly touchscreen display allows for effortless control and real-time monitoring. This system integrates seamlessly with our Proteus® software, facilitating rapid setup and efficient management of your measurements.
Flexible Temperature and Atmosphere Control in a Vacuum-Tight System
The TMA system is vacuum-tight, and its interchangeable furnaces support a broad temperature range. In the Supreme version, this spans from -70°C to 1600°C (with an optional extension to 1600°C). Additionally, it can accommodate various gas atmospheres. The model featuring two furnaces enables quick changeovers, adapting to diverse testing requirements.
Advanced Force Modulation Capabilities
Benefit from digitally programmable force or displacement control up to 3 N, with options for linear or stepwise force alteration. Continuous force modulation allows for the determination of viscoelastic properties such as relaxation, creep, and stress/strain.
Safe Hydrogen Research
Perform measurements safely in up to 100% hydrogen atmosphere with maximum security protocols.
Seamless Instrument Integration
The furnaces designed for the TMA 512 Hyperion® are fully compatible with other NETZSCH thermal analyzers, including the STA 509 Jupiter® and DSC 500 Pegasus®. This cross-compatibility enables versatile integration within your laboratory setup.
