Mini Bypass Rheograph

The GOETTFERT MINI BYPASS RHEOGRAPH (MBR) is a compact on-line capillary-rheometer which is integrated directly in the production process for continuous measuring of MFR and viscosity properties of polymer.

The main advantage of the MINI BYPASS RHEOGRAPH is its compact size. With a width of approx. 150 mm, this is one of the smallest online rheometers available in the market. This new designed rheometer can be installed without problems even in tight space. The weight of the measuring head is only 30 kg whichreduce the cost of any mounting arrangements. A new die exchange system ensures job of die changes quick and easy.

The MINI BYPASS RHEOGRAPH MBR has been specially designed for finishing and compounding processes, which normally have frequent product changes. The installation of the system is simple and easy due to its compact size. Since the melt is not returned into the system, this allows an easy access to the die, and it can be changed easily and with minimum downtime.
